Cooling Maintenance Agreement
- Any Make or Model Cooling Equipment up to 5 Tons Capacity (any age)
Includes:
- One annual cooling check-up consisting of:
- Check operating pressures
- Check "superheat" measurement
- Check starting capability
- Check/clear condensate pump and condensate discharge piping
- Check electrical controls, motors, and compressor operation
- Check thermostat operation
- Check temperature differential at evaporator
- Replace filters*
- Check operation and condition of equipment
- A written record of procedures performed
Additional Benefits:
- Priority response/treatment for all other service as a Maintenance Agreement holder.
- Discounted parts/repair pricing all year for all Bruni and Campisi service or repairs
- Improved efficiency reducing your energy bills

- Agreement is transferable

Heating Maintenance Agreement
Any Gas Boiler or Furnace up to 300,000 btu Input (any age)
Includes:
- One annual furnace or boiler check-up consisting of:
- Computerized combustion test/tune-up
- Cleaning (vacuuming) of combustion chamber
- Check for carbon monoxide production
- Replace filters*
- Check thermostat operation
- Check operating and safety controls
- Check gas input to furnace
- Check oil and motors
- Check overall operation and condition of furnace
- A written record of all procedures performed
