Second visit from Bruni & Campisi after the water heater broke down. Jason Rees was phenomenal: he explained very well what happened with the heater, he drained it completely so it wouldn’t leaked anymore (which kept happening after water was shut off), contacted the manufacturer since the heater was under warranty, and soon we should be getting the new one installed. Thanks a lot Jason!

They replaced out hot water heater, which was behind some pipes and the AC system. A big job, and it took them all day, but the work was perfect and even the small touches were professionally done.

Yesterday we had our water heater installed buy your technician Miguel. he was patient and answered questions I had regarding the process. when finished he showed me we're all in necessary pieces that we needed to know were located. He cleaned up any mess he made. My husband and I are very happy with the service we received, by both technicians. Al who first came to look at the old water heater. He explained exactly what needed to be done. and Miguel who came to the installation. We highly recommend Bruni & Campsi. They provide top notch. service.

We bought new heating and air conditioning units last year, and had a replacement toilet installed, and are VERY SATISFIED with the installation, operation training, and maintenance from Bruni and Campisi. Our A/C went down during a heat wave. They came out same day to give us a quote. They then came back that night with portable A/C units and replaced our whole system the following day. We worked with Steve, Marco, Daniel, and Yuri and they were all beyond friendly. The pricing was honest and fair too. Really happy with everything

During this incredible July 4th heatwave, our system stopped working. Bruni and Campisi was able to add us to next day, Sat service and their technician, Eric was on time, professional and very friendly. The customer service was commendable, I thinkin the person I spoke with was Ina (?), and that is hard to find these days. So happy we contacted them!!! Happy 4th!!!

My home AC stopped working in the middle of a 95 degrees plus heat wave. The technician was at my house within three hours and fixed the issue for a reasonable price. He was honest about what I did and did not need done. I’ve already switched my service contract over from the company who had been servicing my AC for the last three years.

Manny was knowledgeable, friendly, and on top of our oil burner furnace/ water heater issue. I highly recommend you call him if you run into any problems.

Our technician Russell was excellent from start to finish! He notified us when he was on his way. Came within the scheduled time window. He arrived with shoe booties and kept the areas clean. After servicing the furnace room, he shut the light and closed up the room. Then went up to the attic and left it clean, put the attic door back on for me and closed up my ladder leaving the space neat. He cleaned and swapped the AC filter for me. He serviced the outside units. Along the way he checked in to update me on the units. He was mindful that one of my children were sleeping and he was comfortable with our dog being home. Russell was super friendly and respectful the whole time. He was very knowledgeable about the systems and everyhh the big went smoothly. Highly recommend Russell !
