A/C Repair in Westchester, NY

I had the absolute best experience with Bruni & Campisi. We had our electrical panel fully upgraded. Dwayne was fantastic!! He called upon arrival and was as friendly as can be. He assured me he wouldn’t leave until the power was back on so I could have my AC back for bedtime.( Ha!) His partner John ( JP) joined him and they worked endlessly and efficiently for a solid 10 hours keeping me updated along the way!! The work was fully completed and they left my garage and driveway immaculate with no debris whatsoever. I highly recommend this company if you want efficient and dependable work done on your electric system. And don’t forget to ask for Dwayne and John!

Bruni and Campisi technicians are a mixed bag. Some better than others, like today, when Hunter came to service my water heater. The entire experience was very pleasant and professional. First, he called me in the AM to let me know his approximate arrival timeframe; then he communicated the issues and described them in a manner that was understandable to the lay person. When it came down to the next steps, his communication was clear and concise, and described the pros/cons of each available option. It was definitely a good way to start the morning, and hopefully future touch points with other technicians are similar. (For what it is worth, it may be worth while for Hunter train other technicians on the soft skills of client service).

My furnace wasn’t turning on. Called Bruni & Campisi and Jason R. arrived and replaced a universal thermocouple which was corroded. Great technician, friendly, answered all my questions and did the work in a timely manner. Would recommend Bruni & Campisi for all your HVAC needs.

Jacob was very professional and knowledgeable in addressing our issue. He also quickly told us there was no charge for replacing the flapper on our old bathroom toilet which Bruni and Campisi had installed about 4 months ago. And when he left, he reassured us Bruni and Campisi would continue to be there for us if any issue again occurred. It was comforting to know customer service means something these days. One other comment. The weather was damp yesterday. When Jacob arrived, without our requesting it, he put on shoe covers before stepping into our apartment. That also speaks well for him and Bruni and Campisi.

Derek Grieco was our Godsend. He expertly checked our AC system and found our problem and fixed it. He patiently and kindly explained to us all that had happened and and how to avoid the problem in the future.
