I had a water leak hidden in my upstair bathroom and it leaked through the ceiling in my kitchen pantry.I called them on Weds 9/24/25 at 9:30 a.m. for an appointment and the repairmen was at my home 2 hours later. My repairman was JoJo, he showed up early and friendly, courteous,. It was A LOT OF WORK to find out where the source of the leak was. It was A LOT of work getting to the damaged pantry with 18 inch deep builtt in cabinet in a 30 inch deep closet. There was barely room for the ladder. JoJo persevered through each stage in the process and communicated back to me in a way that was easy to understand. Johan is quite a professional.
