There’s something to be said about the phrase “you get what you pay for.” Bruni and Campisi is a great company. I’ve used them in the past for my new HVAC installation and now for a full electrical panel install. I couldn’t be happier with their work. The electrical team that handled my project was top-notch and truly five-star: Eddie, Odane, Nick, Mike, Joe—and a special shoutout to Luis, who even went above and beyond by fixing a loose toilet handle in my guest bathroom. These gentlemen were professional, respectful, friendly, and most of all, extremely knowledgeable. I wont use any other company. also worth mentioning: their yearly membership pays for itself. Very professional and thorough in working in my A/C unit

Jacob was very professional and knowledgeable in addressing our issue. He also quickly told us there was no charge for replacing the flapper on our old bathroom toilet which Bruni and Campisi had installed about 4 months ago. And when he left, he reassured us Bruni and Campisi would continue to be there for us if any issue again occurred. It was comforting to know customer service means something these days. One other comment. The weather was damp yesterday. When Jacob arrived, without our requesting it, he put on shoe covers before stepping into our apartment. That also speaks well for him and Bruni and Campisi.

The plumber Manuel was knowledgeable, professional, and personable.

Had an emergency toilet leak repair. Called last night and Jacob came the following morning and did a fantastic job, explaining everything in detail along the way. Signed up for their membership as a result so they’ll be handling my plumbing and HVAC going forward. Great service and skill all around!
