Bruni and Campisi technicians are a mixed bag. Some better than others, like today, when Hunter came to service my water heater. The entire experience was very pleasant and professional. First, he called me in the AM to let me know his approximate arrival timeframe; then he communicated the issues and described them in a manner that was understandable to the lay person. When it came down to the next steps, his communication was clear and concise, and described the pros/cons of each available option. It was definitely a good way to start the morning, and hopefully future touch points with other technicians are similar. (For what it is worth, it may be worth while for Hunter train other technicians on the soft skills of client service).

Glenn thoroughly traced the leak throughout the house, from the attic to the basement, and determined that it was not caused by the bathroom plumbing. The leak may have originated from the plumbing vent due to melting snow on the roof. He cleaned all the affected areas and was very courteous. We are pleased with his service. Tom

Bruni & Campisi did an excellent job updating our outside lighting system so it works consistently as well as updating the electrical panel and grounding system to the house. The electricians are professional, kind, knowledgeable, and patient. They take the time to make sure the work is not only completed, but they double check to make sure it is completed well.
