He demonstrated extensive knowledge and expertise in diagnosing the issue with my HVAC system and took the time to clearly explain what was wrong, how it would be fixed, and what preventative measures could be taken in the future. Steve even showed me photographs of my system to help me better understand his recommendations and provided clear pricing options for each service. We had an incredibly frustrating experience with Bruni regarding our Navien boiler and were without heat and hot water for 10 days. The call center was unhelpful, and trying to get answers or updates was beyond frustrating. That said, once the installers arrived, the experience completely turned around. Emilio and Kawan were a hardworking, knowledgeable duo who had everything up and running by the afternoon. Emilio took the time to clearly explain how the boiler worked and shared helpful HVAC tips, which we really appreciated. What started as an awful situation ended on a positive note thanks to Emilio and Kawan. Shout-out as well to Michael, who truly went above and beyond. Their efforts made a huge difference.

Their technician Jason Rees quickly diagnosed the problem with a zone valve and replaced it. He made sure everything else in the system was also working properly. Very professional, conscientious and courteous. Fully recommended .

He took the time to explain what was wrong, fixed it quickly, and made sure everything was working perfectly before leaving. My washer will no longer leak and will run like new again thanks to him! I really appreciate his skill and friendly service—highly recommend Johan for any appliance repairs!

We paid in advance for A.C inspection, and the technician, Eric Vasquez, not only checked the system thoroughly replaced the filter, gave helpful suggestions, but even helped with an unrelated heating pipe problem. In general, the staff is highly competent.

Nicholas and Joseph are amazing and talented electricians who are knowledgeable, kind, and extremely professional and did an excellent job!!! I appreciate their work and highly recommend them to anyone who needs electrical service.

Emilio was very detailed oriented and focused on his work. He did a very clean and comprehensive installation of our indirect water heating system. His setup was organized and clean up was well executed. Emilio also explained the process and the how the system worked very smoothly and easily. Derek, who came to give an estimate arrived promptly and was able to explain the quality of work needed for such an installation. Emilio executed this process very well. I needed the work done the same day since we did not have any hot water and heater was offline also. The team at Bruno and Campisi was empathetic to my feelings and my family and was able to get the job completed on the same day. Our family slept soundly after staying up part of the previous night because the water heater leaked water all over the basement. Oh yes, Emilio and Derek even designed the system where excess water would go right into the drain so major water damage issues could be mitigated. Nothing is ever fun about a plumbing emergency. If you have to have one, though, call Bruni & Campisi. I did, and their tech, Manuel Rangel was at my house within 1 1/2 hours and had diagnosed the issue within minutes. C’mon!
