Bruni & Campisi were absolutely amazing this past weekend. A holiday weekend no less. The furnace serving our second floor bedrooms, which furnace is located in our attic, broke down after many, many years on Saturday morning. By Saturday afternoon, Bruni & Campisi sent a terrific technician, Darren, to advise us that, as we knew would likely be the case after so many years, the unit could either be repaired at substantial expense, but ideally should be replaced. We opted to do that. And there was no pressure to do so from Darren, who laid out our choices clearly and without any sales pressure. The very next day, Sunday, Bruni & Campisi sent a gentleman to take all necessary measurements and prepare for installation. Then yesterday, Monday, Martin Luther King Day, two remarkably incredible folks from Bruni & Campisi – Connor and Jared — came to the house early in the morning and spent all day installing our new furnace and thermostats. They were just terrific! And, certainly, the installation was just in time – last night the overnight “real feel” temperature dropped to 1°. I have used Bruni & Campisi for our HVAC needs for over 30 years. They have always been dependable and terrific, but this time was simply outstanding!
