We were very impressed with the technician Steven Carpio. He was friendly and professional. Thoroughly explained everything to us as new homeowners lost in every upkeep that makes up a home. We feel more confident in our HVAC units operation and how it all works throughout the system, ducts, vents, thermostat, etc. Which can be incredibly daunting to read up on and learn on our own! We’re so grateful for this visit! So much so that we decided to upgrade to the annual subscription. It was just a no brainer. We hope to continue to receive support from Steven with any future work we get. We made sure to get the service before the thick of summer and so happy we did! Thanks a ton, Steven!

Bruni & Campisi were absolutely amazing this past weekend. A holiday weekend no less. The furnace serving our second floor bedrooms, which furnace is located in our attic, broke down after many, many years on Saturday morning. By Saturday afternoon, Bruni & Campisi sent a terrific technician, Darren, to advise us that, as we knew would likely be the case after so many years, the unit could either be repaired at substantial expense, but ideally should be replaced. We opted to do that. And there was no pressure to do so from Darren, who laid out our choices clearly and without any sales pressure. The very next day, Sunday, Bruni & Campisi sent a gentleman to take all necessary measurements and prepare for installation. Then yesterday, Monday, Martin Luther King Day, two remarkably incredible folks from Bruni & Campisi – Connor and Jared — came to the house early in the morning and spent all day installing our new furnace and thermostats. They were just terrific! And, certainly, the installation was just in time – last night the overnight “real feel” temperature dropped to 1°. I have used Bruni & Campisi for our HVAC needs for over 30 years. They have always been dependable and terrific, but this time was simply outstanding!

My technician, Hunter Jacobs, was literally one of the most professional people I have worked with. He was so caring and solved my issue quickly and professionally. Thank you so much!

My heating stopped working. Tony arrived in 30 min. He replaced the main gas valve and performed some maintenance procedures. My burner looks like new and the heat is on. Thank you PS. Tony was extremely professional, nice and friendly.

Derek Grieco was our Godsend. He expertly checked our AC system and found our problem and fixed it.
