Frequently Asked HVAC Installations Questions

Our technicians will arrive between 7:30 am and 8:30 am the day of your install, traffic permitting. When the technician begins heading to your home, we will text you a personal biography and picture of your lead installer, so you know exactly who to expect!
Once our team is onsite, the lead installer will meet with you to review your project and walk you through what is being installed, where it is going and set the expectations of the installation timeline. Our installers will begin by determining the most direct route to your equipment and laying down floor protection to that equipment. We ask that you have all pathways to the equipment clear and ready for our team.
It is very difficult to predict rain and snow conditions and how they will affect each job. During inclement weather, we will do our best to maintain the scheduled appointment. However, the morning of the job, an ultimate decision will be made as to whether we can make it to your home and complete the work in a safe and responsible manner. Someone from the office will reach out that morning if we need to reschedule.
Yes, all installers are Bruni & Campisi employees and have passed background checks and are kept up to date with the newest industry technologies, certifications, and training. So, you can be assured you are getting the best of the best!
Of course! Our installers will arrive with boot covers on and lay out waterproof runners and drop cloths, where required. When completed, our installers will clean up the job site and wipe down your new equipment. Our goal is always to leave your home cleaner than when we arrived!
Once you have been approved you will receive two emails from the financing company asking for you to authorize payment. One before the job starts for your deposit and once at the end of the job for final payment. Financing begins one the installation is completed, and the final payment is processed.
Approximately 30 days after the final payment is processed you will receive your schedule of payments from the financing company.
By the time we have arrived at your house to complete the installation, we should have already collected a 1/3 deposit from you. The second payment of 1/3 is due when the installers arrive on the first day. The final payment for the balance of the work is due when the installers have completed the work outlined in your contract.
Yes! For ease of payments, both the start of work payment and the completion payment can be paid together at the start of the job!
We ask that during the period of your installation, any pets (besides fish) should be in a safe and secure location. We are extremely pet friendly; however, it is still a construction site and we do not want to risk any injury to your pet(s) nor any distractions for our installers.
