And the service was excellent.

Derek Greico has been working on our HVAC system for at least 10 years. He’s knowledgeable and patient, and has really helped us improve a system that presented many challenges. Mike, who worked with him today, is also a very kind and knowledgeable tech.

Yesterday Fabricio did an electrical inspection and today Scott did a plumbing inspection on our 120 year old house. Johan CID is an outstanding professional who truly goes above and beyond. He was scheduled to come to my home for a toilet installation but when he arrived, I was having an emergency with a new fridge install. He jumped right in and fixed the problem. Bruni and Campisi technicians are a mixed bag. Some better than others, like today, when Hunter came to service my water heater. The entire experience was very pleasant and professional. First, he called me in the AM to let me know his approximate arrival timeframe; then he communicated the issues and described them in a manner that was understandable to the lay person. When it came down to the next steps, his communication was clear and concise, and described the pros/cons of each available option. It was definitely a good way to start the morning, and hopefully future touch points with other technicians are similar. (For what it is worth, it may be worth while for Hunter train other technicians on the soft skills of client service).
